Positions and Number of Vacancies

1. Loan Officer Internship

  • Positions Available: Various (field offices only)
  • Term: 3 months
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Business Management, Administration, or Cooperative Management. Minimum C plain at KCSE.
  • Age Requirement: 23 years and above.
  • Key Responsibilities: Outreach and promotion, customer service, loan processing, and other assigned duties.

2. Direct Sales Representative

  • Positions Available: Multiple
  • Term: On commission
  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent. Minimum C plain at KCSE. Previous financial institution experience is an added advantage.
  • Key Responsibilities: Market logbook products, guide clients through the loan process, drive sales, and meet set targets.

3. ICT Intern

  • Positions Available: Open
  • Term: 3 months
  • Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Key Responsibilities: System setup and maintenance, software development, troubleshooting, network installation, and end-user support.

4. Registry and Records Management Internship

  • Positions Available: Open
  • Term: 3 months
  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in a relevant field. Minimum C plain at KCSE.
  • Key Responsibilities: Document classification and labeling, maintaining document systems, archiving, and responding to queries.

5. Finance Intern

  • Positions Available: Open
  • Term: 3 months
  • Qualifications: CPA qualifications and a diploma or degree in a relevant field. Minimum C plain at KCSE.
  • Key Responsibilities: As assigned.

6. Internal Audit Assistant

  • Positions Available: 1
  • Term: Permanent
  • Qualifications: CPA Part 2 and a business-related degree. Minimum grade B at KCSE. At least 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector.
  • Key Responsibilities: Audit investigations, monitoring compliance, stock verification, data analysis, and preparing audit reports.
